With white guilt and wokeness at epidemic levels in recent months since George Floyd death, (even though hundreds of blacks kill other blacks in the West in gang violence so why are we not getting to root cause of that?) are we looking at the beginning of the end of white people as a unique privileged race in the West? 

Will BAME folks now get automatic promotions and quotas into senior roles in the EU and the UK? Maybe its a good idea. Just this Friday on LBC, newly-woke Nick Ferrari asked Boris Johnson why there were no blacks in senior cabinet positions. BoJo was on the defensive and promising to change that even though blacks make up 3 % of the UK population. 

Just as with feminism demanding 50/50 parity ratio with men (but only in the easy jobs in politics or the office, not dirty dangerous jobs like the Army or sewage workers), we now see every other advert featuring BAME even though BAME is about 10% of the UK population and many of these actors and actresses are black. Good luck to them. White folks are so shit scared at being called racist or to please the diversity PC mafia, that executives are bending over backwards to look as BAME as possible. 

Most BAME don't want promotions based on quotas, only on talent and experience. Are we are seeing the destruction and dumbing down of Western civilization with this race-guilt mass hysteria and panic stations by global brands and politicians? Or is this just natural evolution at play?
